With over 30 years of experience in the property sector, I have a wealth of knowledge, experience and understanding in all areas of estate agency. I know my patch of LE16 and LE17 extremely well, having grown up in South Leicestershire and have a real passion for the luxury homes of our Fine & Country clients.
From initial conversations and valuations, to sales and completion, I pride myself in offering unrivalled levels of service to each of my clients whether they are looking to buy or sell. I offer a fully bespoke service, really listening and seeking to understand the needs and wants of each and every client. Communication is key and you can be sure that your high expectations will be met in every way.
I have worked in many areas in the UK (including over 15 years in London running my own successful estate agency) and have a wealth of expertise available to all of my clients, whatever your needs. Now back living in a beautiful South Leicestershire village not far from where I grew up, that local knowledge continues to develop and grow – it’s all in the details.
If colleagues, friends and family were to describe me, words like hard-working, adventurous, experienced, confident, transparent and customer-centric are used. As a valuer and agent, my personal service is honest and top notch. Nothing is too much trouble.
I am a keen golfer and photographer with a love for walking. I can often be found out and about, exploring the local area with my Hungarian Vizsla, Winter. This love of adventure can be seen in my choices of holiday destinations too. From remote areas of Africa to Everest Base Camp, there is a challenge or extreme side to every trip. Nottingham Forrest is my beloved team, having supported them since being a young boy – my great grandfather was once a player there. Other areas of interest include a huge passion for wildlife. I have volunteered for many wildlife projects and charities, including running the 2013 London Marathon for the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation.
When it comes to career highlights and success stories, I have
many, of all shapes and sizes. The enjoyment I get from my role being one of them, the happiness I create for my clients is another. Owning my own South West London estate agency was hugely rewarding and the experience I gained from those years invaluable. It’s not about awards or accolades, however – it’s all about you, my clients. These instructions are followed, met and exceeded, providing that top level of service I am recognized for. I know the luxury market very well, and being a country boy at heart I truly understand my clients’ needs for that perfect location. I learn and develop every day - knowing that no one knows it all is a lesson in itself. I follow my own advice by keeping honest and transparent, and continually developing my knowledge of my area, my prices, my product and my competition.
