I have lived in the Algarve most of my life, having moved to Portugal from the UK as a child when my family relocated in the late 1970’s. My career has been mostly in publishing, as founder and CEO of the Open Media Group; publishers of the Algarve Resident newspaper and Essential Algarve magazine amongst other titles. Whilst continuing to work in publishing, I support my wife Zoie and the management team as a director of Fine & Country Algarve, working primarily on the B2B side of the company. Alongside my roles at Fine & Country and Open Media, I am also a member of the board of directors of the British Portuguese Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work my passions include cooking, wine and scuba diving.
